We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process data on our behalf to run the Service, including:

5. International transfers of your data
The Service depends on third-party infrastructure and artificial-intelligence providers, some of which are located outside Singapore, including in the United States. This means your Queries and related personal data may be processed outside Singapore, including in the United States, in order to generate responses and operate the Service.
Where we transfer personal data outside Singapore, we take steps to ensure it is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA, including relying on the contractual protections and data-processing terms offered by these providers. By using the Service, you acknowledge that operating it requires this processing. If you do not want your information processed in this way, please do not submit it.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. We may retain Query transcripts and usage records for quality, security, legal, and compliance purposes. We delete or anonymise personal data when it is no longer needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption in transit, and row-level access restrictions on user data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
